Penguins Manicure ! v^^v

Last night, crys found a penguin manicure picture from Facebook. It’s so cute that crys wants to have them on crys’s nails too. However, crys doesn’t have pretty finger nails. Crys has short and square-shaped nails thanks to the genes from crys’s daddy. Plus, crys plays piano. Which is why crys is not allowed to keep long finger nails. And this means, short nails, forever~ D: Lol.

Anyway, here’s the picture of the penguin manicure crys found on Facebook. Look at how pretty other people’s nails can be. :O ! Jelly jelly.

Even though crys has short nails, crys still wants to have penguins on crys’s fingernails ! Plus, crys wants to have different colours of penguins. And therefore, with some help from kahmun, kahmun’s nail polishes and the awesome dotting tools, this is how crys’s fingernails became. Lol.

Told you crys’s nails are short and squared. :P Those who didn’t believe crys (until you see this picture), you owe crys a meal. LOL ! By just looking at crys’s fingernails, you can’t actually tell that those are penguins. They also look like colourful owls to crys. Lol ! Oh well, it’s the genes. :( Crys wants longer nails so that crys can draw the penguins in the first picture ! :O ! But since crys couldn’t change the fact that crys’s nails are like that, let’s just stay with the short and squared penguins. Lol.

Crys personally thinks the blue penguin looks best. Next would be the light pink penguin ! :D Time to shop for those colours that crys didn’t have so that crys can make more penguins next time ! :P Weee !

Alright, it’s bed time. Crys shall wake up early to study tomorrow. It’s a deal ! However, the outcome might be contrasting due to unforeseen circumstances. :P

There are so many fun and interesting things going on in December,

including the annual dinner on the 15th of December

where crys is supposed to wear a blue dress,

Christmas

HOLIDAYS !

Crys is sooooo looking forward to December.

However,

we are also having ICAEW exams on 2 subjects

- Financial Accounting and Taxation

on the 6th and 7th of December !

AND IT’S SO NEAR FROM NOW !

Which is why, crys has been keeping myself in the

comfortable, quiet and peaceful room

for the past few days.

Studying, of course.

And sleeping too, most of the times.

Shhh…

Anyway, crys has been a really really really obedient girl,

studying really really really hard (and smart) for the exams.

It’s first day of FA revision class. Class started from 8.30 in the morning to 4.30 in the afternoon. We made noise (lots of them) during class, as usual. Sometimes, crys really is impressed by crys’s lecturer’s patience. Crys can never do that. Crys is an impatient person. Very. =X Everything was normal. The only thing different about today was, we had a new 14 year old girl in class. :)

Wonder what is a 14 year old girl doing in college?

Well, it’s crys’s ‘sister’sitting day ! D:

Yup, that girl is crys’s sister. Crys had to bring her to college because she's going to pyramid with her friends and joining crys for movie after crys's class. While waiting for her friends to reach pyramid, instead of leaving her alone somewhere in college, crys brought her into crys’s classroom because crys thought that a 14 year old girl can’t do much interruption in class. In fact, the class is always interrupted even if crys’s sister wasn’t around. :P *Cough cough* No offence.

Crys went to Sunway Pyramid after class with the main objective to watch the movie crys had been longing for – You’re the Apple of My Eyes. Well, it’s true that crys doesn’t understand some part of the movie, (stop saying crys is innocent. ._____.) but it’s still a nice and awesome movie. :) And of course, crys cried at the touching part of the movie. Crys cries whenever any movie is sad, touching, or even when it's too funny. Hehe. Yes, crys cries that easy. Guess that explains my name. Crys. :P LOL !

So, the day before graduation day.

And crys went ‘OMG WHAT TO WEAR FOR TOMORROW?’

and then crys went last minute shopping with mama.

Oh before that,

crys must mention crys had lunch at this restaurant called Dragon-i

and they have this super awesome drink called Dragon-i, as well.

It’s made up of dragon fruit and passion fruit.

Yummy !

And this dish is spicy but yummy ! :D

The Ultimate Cheesy 7 ! :O !

Once upon a time, there’s this one day when celia was craving for the new 7 cheese pizza from Pizza Hut and couldn’t stop mentioning it. Being a cheese lover myself, we have decided to have our brunch at Pizza Hut, Sunway Pyramid ! :D We totally ignored kahmun who was shouting ‘NO, I DON’T WANT TO EAT PIZZA !’ Oh well, she has no choice but to come with us ! MUAHAHAHAHAHA !

So here we were at the Sunway Pyramid Pizza Hut after a < 10 minutes walk along the Canopy Walk. This is one main thing crys loves about studying in Sunway College. We can even go shopping during break time because it’s so near ! Weee ! =X

Just so you know, the Pizza Hut shop is located on the Lower Ground floor near the ice rink. Crys hasn’t been ice-skating for a long time now. Crys had forgotten how ice-skating feels like and maybe even forgot how to skate. D: Crys wants to go ice-skate ! with someone who knows how to ice-skate too. :P By ‘knowing how to ice-skate’, crys doesn’t mean he/she has to know how to twirl and spin and do all sorts of stunts. It means to the standard that one can balance him/herself and move forward. Lol. So that he/she can skate with crys and not just cling to the sides or drag crys along when he/she falls. ._____. Honestly, crys might just lose balance and fall down too. XD

And so, here’s the mushroom soup that came with the combo set we ordered.

Celia sprinkled cheese powder on our soup. Oh wait, perhaps ‘poured’ would be a more suitable word here. :P She could have finished the whole bottle of cheese powder if crys didn’t stop her. Oh well, crys usually eat more cheese than this. But since we’re already having 7 different kinds of cheese on our pizza, let’s just cut down some cheese powder on our soup. Wooo ! CHEESE !

And then it’s our really garlic-ish garlic bread. :)

Just got it today because…

how bad is it that crys has to study for 2 tests on the birthday.

Nothing changes after ranting about it.

But at least crys feels better.

After the dessert time, we went back to college for class.

Kahmun took crys’s angry bird pillow out of vios and brought it to class.

As a result,

crys had to carry the angry bird pillow and walk back to vios after class,

and getting weird stares from random people passing by.

Dear kahmun,

Thanks a lot for making crys look like a retard.

Lol.

Fortunately celia’s dad dropped crys off elephant walk,

which means crys didn’t have to walk all the way with a big pillow in hand,

but however,

crys got the weird stare from celia’s dad.

Crys's 19th birthday ! :D

It’s crys’s birthday !

Well…

it should be a happy day

since it’s to celebrate the 19th year of crys being alive on this lovely planet.

However,

this also means that crys has grew older by a year !

Oh No !

Crys doesn’t want to grow up so fast !

Anyway,

Happy Birthday to myself !

Here’s an imaginary cake for myself since crys didn’t get any cake, yet.

Just a random sketch.

No idea what flavour is it.

A week before birthday,

crys had a thought in mind.

Why not make a felt handicraft cake for myself this birthday?

However,

the plan was off as there were 2 progress tests on their way.

So,

birthday cake changed into little cookies instead.

Crys usually make cakes or chocolates which involves more of sewing.

These cookies were easier and more time-saving

as you only need glue to connect them together.

Oops, the glue is visible. Guess crys used too much Uhu glue this time. D:

Crys still prefer sewing. :P

By the way,

Crys sat for the FA progress test 1 yesterday (saturday) !

Crys have done something silly during the test.

The question paper consists of MCQs and 4 long questions.

Without noticing that there is a 4th question…

(stupid crys…)

crys find that there are still a lot of time left for

the question-i-thought-was-last-but-it-wasn't-the-last.

And crys did it slowly.

When there’s only 5 minutes left,

crys flipped the page and was shocked to see the last question.

‘OMG !’

And of course,

crys couldn’t finish the last question.

One thing that made me even more frustrated is that,

it’s a Cash Flow Statement question !

A question which crys is confident to score.

AND CRYS DIDN’T FINISH IT !!!

Oh well,

it’s a past tense now.

There’s nothing crys can do about it.

Fortunately it’s the first progress test.

AND NOT THE FINAL.

Thank god.

Guess crys is still not familiar enough with the test structure.

Crys will never forgive myself if crys made that silly mistake in the final exam.

Anyway,

after the FA PT1,

crys went out with crys’s friends to 1 Utama shopping mall

for crys’s birthday celebration.

(we celebrated one day earlier)

We watched ‘The sorcerer and the White Snake’

starred by Jet Li, Raymond Lam and Charlene Choi !

Crys loves watching them. :)

About the movie,

some effects made crys go LOL

but, it’s okay overall.

crys took action !

Crys bought berry hair colour !

It’s supposed to colour crys’s hair reddish-purple.

But somehow, crys’s hair turned out to be brownish.

Do not proceed if you want to feel surprise the next time you see crys in person.

while waiting for a friend, kakax, to finish his class,

crys went to Sunway Pyramid and shopped,

even when there’s just half an hour time.

And the result is,

CRYS BOUGHT A NEW ORANGE TOP.

Yesterday (Thursday),

our Tax lecturer has invited us to a steamboat buffet in Mentari

to celebrate our 100% passing during CFAB.

The promised time was 7.00 pm sharp.

But, we (kahmun, celia and crys) arrived there at 6 oc,

together with another 2 guys, mk and hang ee, from our class.

And the first thing the girls spotted was the

FASHION BOUTIQUE

on the opposite of the steamboat buffet shop !

AND YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPEN NEXT !

The girls go shopping while the guys stone.

And the girls trying on clothes non-stop while the guys continue stoning.

And the girls couldn’t decide on which colour to buy and the guys go on stoning.

And the girls STILL couldn’t decide and the guys STILL continue stoning.

And the girls go browse for more clothes and the guys stone again.

And that goes on and on for an hour.

Then crys finally bought a knitted-loose-wide-shoulder-see-through top !

Crys was having a hard time deciding between pink and yellow

but finally bought pink ! :)

Surprisingly the top goes well with the blue-coloured top that crys was wearing.

Anyway,

crys had come to an agreement with

kahmun, who has a ‘similar-but-different’ top,

that we will be wearing them with a black top to college on Monday !

Crys is so poor now after buying 2 new clothes.

Papa still didn’t give crys allowance for September yet.

Papa asks crys to use credit card instead.

But crys needs some cash too !

Well, crys does have an iPad, but it’s for the family use.

Sometimes, daddy brings it to work.

Sometimes, mummy wants to play Plant vs Zombie.

Sometimes, angelx wants to play TapTap or IGoBeat.

crys hardly had chance to lay a hand on it.

Crys is back again !

Crys is having 2 subjects this half-a-semester.

Financial Accounting & Tax.

They're mostly about calculations,

which makes it more interesting and less boring.

However,

there are still a lot of things to be remembered.

And crys has bad memory power.

Crys is feeling guilty for not studying.

But yet,

crys doesn't have the mood to study !

Aaaaa !

Crys doesn't know what myself wants ! =.=

This is annoying.

And every single time crys settled down planning to study,

crys ended up doing colouring instead.

Crys tagged the important part of the books like a staircase,

using different colours of page tag.

Green, yellow, orange, pink, purple, blue.

In those pages itself,

crys highlighted the main points using highlighters in the respective colours.

Hehe !

Crys sort of treated it like a colouring book !

And that's how crys failed to study.

Crys is so grateful that crys is still able to blog here today. :)

Picture of the day !

Taken on the way to college.

Crys knows it’s not one of the nicest picture crys had,

but crys just have to post a photo of crys on this memorable day. D:

Read on to understand why.

Two days earlier, crys said that driving at night is scary.

Two days after that, or few hours before this,

crys fell into a car accident.

It was blessing that non of us got injured in the accident.

It was 7 o’clock in the evening,

crys and friends were on our way to Cheras to meet up with liangbin,

and to have our yummy salted-egg chicken wings.

Note: Crys wasn’t the one who drives.

As we were going on the highway in front of UCSI, the car in front of us braked.

Though it’s a very sudden brake, we managed to brake in time.

Due to inertia, crys knocked crys’s head into the front seat’s cushion.

Ouch.

Slightly after we recovered from inertia,

the car who was following us tightly, did not brake in time.

There was a massive crash from the back.

And there goes another short moment that crys felt like crys was flying.

Luckily the car was strong enough to handle the impact.

No one got injured in the accident.

God bless us.

Crys still doesn't know how is the result like.

All crys can relate was,

why was the test so much harder compared to the exercise we did ? D:

However, since the other tests are still quite far away,

there's no reason for crys to study, yet !

Shhh...

Let's go find some entertainment,

like DRAMAS !

Anyway, crys had a good news and a bad news to share !

The good news is, crys survived a day with 9 hours of class.

And,

The bad news is, crys had and will be having 9 hours classes every Thursday from this week onwards.

Isn't that great?

Not.

So, there's no main topic for today's blog post.

Crys just felt guilty for abandoning bloggiex for so many days.

And wanna find someone (something, in this case) to talk to.

And !

Crys just found out that driving on a rainy night is so scary !

Note: This is definitely not the first time crys drove on a rainy night. Duh.

The problem with tonight was,

It's so dark

and

slippery

and

crys couldn't see the road clearly

and

the stupid streetlights were spoilt

and

all the other drivers on the road are speeding like they owned the road.

It's Tax progress test 1 tomorrow !

Don't think crys is ready for the test. D:

The best part is, crys didn't really put much effort into studying after AA finishes.

And now, there's so much to cover in just 1 day !

To be exact, it's 18 hours before deducting sleeping time. :O !

Therefore, it should look something like this...

Notes:

Note 3: Impossible to not have entertainment, or else crys might become the first person to die of boredom. ';......;'

In other words, crys only has 5 more hours to study !

Oh no !

This is so stressful !

How to cramp everything into crys's tiny little brain in just 5 hours ! O.O

And, Our classes have yet to cover all the chapters coming out for the test.

Worse yet, crys doesn't even know how the exam questions are going to be like.

Terengganu Trip ! :D

Crys had just returned from the 4 days 3 nights Terengganu trip ! :D It was really enjoyable. However, the first thing crys remembers after getting home was, CRYS IS HAVING FINAL EXAM ON NEXT TUESDAY AND CRYS HASN'T STUDY ONE BIT ! Therefore, crys will have to blog about the trip really fast and start studying for crys’s Audit & Assurance ! D:

Day 1:

We spent half of the day travelling from wawax’s house to Terengganu. D:

The journey took us 4 to 5 hours. D: So tiring.

The first thing we did after arriving at Terengganu was

to go to the beach ! :D

As you can see, it was a really windy day.

Day 2:

Beach day ! :D

The plan was to get up from bed at 5.30 in the morning to catch the sunrise.

However, it was raining, and we probably won’t get to see any sunrise.

Therefore, we cancelled the plan and continue to have our sweet dreams. =X

Woke up before afternoon and headed to the beach. Time for some pictures ! :D

We woke up early for the sunrise !
We were kind of too early. Nobody was on the beach.

We couldn’t observe the sunrise on this day either. It was too cloudy. :(

It was a black-day ! Everyone was wearing black.

It’s time to get wet by sea water ! :D

After that, we headed back to the apartment within walking distance and had our shower.

And we had awesome mushroom soup for breakfast !

Why is the mushroom soup awesome?

Because crys cooked it ! :P

Anyway, we went to the waterfall in the afternoon.

The waterfall was beautiful ! ^^v

It was worth the long and tiring journey to get there.

Car Accident & Progress Test 2.

10th August 2011 (Wednesday):
Vios met accident ! D:

First day of class in the week and we had morning classes that starts at 8.00 am. Crys drove to class as usual and surprisingly there are more cars on the road than normal days. To avoid the long queue at the traffic light, crys took a shortcut through the industrial area. And Tada ! Crys accidentally scratched another car there. Lol. =X It wasn’t the first time crys uses the way, but ya… accidents do happen sometimes. Crys’s vios ~~banged into~~ scratched a black Proton Wira. Crys is so clumsy. D: Or maybe it’s the Ghost Festival ! :O ! (Trying to push away the responsibility. Lol.) Oh ! since it’s just scratches, it’s not considered car accidents, right? LOL. Anyway, the Wira driver was a malay uncle. He had a really cute baby in the car who was smiling and playing with crys. However, at this moment of time, crys doesn’t think that playing with the baby when the uncle is in a bad mood, is a good idea. D: The issue was settled after papa promised to pay RM 300 to the uncle. Ha ! Crys took a picture of the Wira car plate ! Let’s share the picture, not. :P

12th August 2011 (Friday):

Black-Top-with Bright-Bottom Day ! :D

The day when crys and kahmun coincidentally wore black tops and bright-coloured bottoms. :) So, we decided to take a picture together ! :D Awww~ crys wants to buy a yellow-coloured shorts next ! :P Too bad crys still haven’t found any. :(

13th August 2011 (Saturday):

Progress Test 2 !

It was a big mistake not to bring the Auditing Standards reference book into the Progress Test 2. >:( Crys thought that crys wouldn’t have any time to look at the book even if crys brought it into the exam hall. So, crys just left the book at home. And crys realised that there are questions in the test that requires help from the reference book. oh no~ :(

After the test, crys went out with friends to celebrate loong gor’s birthday. We had buffet steamboat for dinner ! Ate so much that crys might be puking. D: exaggerating. Lol. It’s so ‘nice’ to have birthday on the the main day of Ghost Festival. We had to go home before 10.00 pm because some of us were worried that we might meet some ‘friends’. :O ! Lol.

Crys has been coughing for 2 weeks now. And didn’t have any good night sleep. :( Crys is coughing crys’s lungs out soon. T.T

4th August 2011 (Thursday):

The Belated Celebration Day for kahmun’s birthday :)

Decided to post another blog post on this topic because crys realised that crys has more photos in Flippiex the handphone ! ^^v

Crys and celia went earlier to get kahmun’s present from Sunway Pyramid. This is crys taking picture in the car, vios, while waiting for celia to come. The number of pictures taken shows how late celia was, compared to agreed time. :( Crys actually took quite a number of photos but only posted the best 2. :P

5th August 2011 (Friday):

Sports Day !

Weee~ It’s the first time crys went for an outing with college friends ON FRIDAY ! It’s because crys’s piano class were changed to the 4th of August night aka. last night. If you noticed the red rashes-like spots on crys’s face, it’s the after-sports result of having sensitive skin. Lol. This is one of the reason crys doesn’t like sports. ._____. Anyway, the photo below was taken after the badminton session with crys’s classmates. The red rashes-like spots were not so visible because crys edited the photo. :P Duh, crys doesn’t want to let bloggiex see crys’s tomato face. XD

On the same day itself, crys went for basketball session at night with crys’s high school friends. As a result, crys had muscle-ache for the next few days. But it was kind of cool to have muscle-ache, crys felt like crys had been working out really hard and doesn’t feel so fat. LOL. However, crys ate a lot for dinner the next day, so it probably even out and crys will need to do more exercise again. ._____.

8th August 2011 (Monday):

Buddies Gathering

It was a very sudden gathering. A friend-who-doesn’t-wish-to-be-named-in-bloggiex, called crys slightly after 4 o’clock in the afternoon and suggested an outing. Crys agreed and then we went out to meet each other at Sunway Pyramid at about 5.30pm. Crys managed to reach Sunway just before the traffic jam starts. Phew~ Otherwise, crys would have been trapped in traffic for a very very long time. D:

Here’s a picture of crys and wawax siheng at Chatime waiting for the host to come and meet us up. The host promised to show up after 10 minutes but actually took double the time. D: Tsk tsk tsk… people has poor time management these days. (Ignoring the fact that crys is always 10 minutes late for class and about 15 minutes late after break time) Shhh… =X Oh well~ At least it’s better than crys’s brother who promised to come home before 12.00 midnight but he always showed up at 2 or 3 o’clock in the morning. :O ! Even papa and mama don’t know what to do with him. D: Naughty koko !

Everything went well :)

Crys's illness was no where to be found during the exam !

This is mainly because crys's life is so boring nowadays,

that crys had nothing to share on bloggiex.

Anyway,

Audit & Assurance Progress Test 1 was over !

Crys doesn't know how much marks crys will get.

Still doesn't have the mood to look at the Marking Scheme given.

LOL !

However,

the Feng Sui master on teevee says that,

the day we had exam was a 'Wong Dou Gat Yat' !

which means a very lucky day.

So probably crys was able to pass the exam.

Lol.

Maybe.

Let's hope so.

Crys has been sick for the past few days now.

Mr sore-throat and Mrs flu came over to visit crys,

bringing along their children,

Mr cough and Miss fever.

How nice that they have such strong family love.

Since crys didn’t blog for quite sometime,

Timetable says we’re not going to have classes on Mondays and Tuesdays in July.

Because our beloved lecturer, Mr Ong,

said that he will be finishing the syllabus by the second week,

when we will only be getting our super thick text books on this coming Wednesday.

This probably mean we'll have to cramp everything into our brains by the end of this week. D:

Crys is so motivated to recopy the notes and redraw the mind maps in colours.

Umaiya + Transformers 3 !

This is going to be a short blog post because crys is feeling really sleepy after coming back from Klang and desperately need some noon nap. So, Saturday was Umaiya day, and after that, we went to watch Transformers: Dark of The Moon ! And this, is crys’s outfit of the day ! :) Butterflies ! ^^v

Shortly after that, crys found a really lovely MNG spaghetti top which is red in colour. Since it’s on sale, crys managed to buy it for just RM 19 ! :D Weee~ shall wear it out one day. :P

Holidays are so boring that crys had nothing better to do other than scribbling, scribbling and scribbling. Yup. Crys’s holidays are sad. Well, not all of them, but at least part of them are. :(

Anyway, FYI, crys’s little sister, angelx, has the hobby of collecting various kinds of moo-moo cow doll. Out of boredom, crys decided to pick one little moo-moo cow doll to be the model. And crys chose this out of dozens of other moo-moos ! Isn’t it adorable? ;)

crys doesn’t like drafting, nor drawing with pencil.

Crys likes to draw with pen, marker, or anything with permanent ink.

Crys made a little mistake there while drawing the moo-moo’s face,

crys tried drawing another one, but…

the first one always seems to be nicer and cuter. :)

therefore, crys decided to just remove it using liquid paper.

Since CFAB ended, crys had been 'enjoying' long holidays. In other words, crys had been suffering from extremely dull, boring and aimless days for the past few weeks. Crys is starting to miss crys’s beloved friends, especially the CFABians. (Oops, we’re now ICAEW students and no longer CFABians ! :P) Anyway, while tidying up the mess in crys’s room today, the wonderful colours of the STABILO Fineliner pens caught crys’s attention. Therefore, crys decided to stop the boring tidying job and start taking pictures for crys’s STABILO Fever blog post ! :D

Colours ! :D

Lucky? or Not? o.o

There's only a fine line between being lucky, or unlucky.

Like what crys have said earlier, the Terengganu trip was called off. The lucky part is, crys had the opportunity to go for the Sound of Music musical in the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). Bet you’ve heard of the story – Sound of Music. If you haven’t, go read it up ! :) It’s a nice story. Honestly, it was crys’s first time watching a musical. It was a pretty good experience. The performance was nice and the singing, it was awesome. ^^v If the Terengganu trip hasn’t been cancelled, crys would not have came for the musical, and will not have watched such an amazing musical. Perhaps crys should say, crys was lucky for not being able to visit Terengganu. Oh wait, there’s one little amusing incident that happened during the musical that crys would like to share. In a scene where the hero and the heroine kissed, a kid said at the top of his voice ‘Yerrr’. And the audience laughed. Lol.

However, before going to the musical, crys and crys’s family had dinner at Kenny Rogers’, KLCC branch. The service there was awful. One example of their bad service was, we ordered 6 dishes and only 2 of them came. Crys was one of the lucky ones that get the food. Not sure if that’s lucky, or unlucky… Wait till the later part of the blog post. ;) After losing our patience in waiting for the food to come, or in other words, we fed up of the slow service, we decided to pay for the food that has come to us and leave the shop. Since the service is bad enough, we did not want to sit at the table and wait for the bill to come. Instead, we walked to the cashier. However, it seems like the cashier is not doing a great job too. The staff took a really long time to even receive payment from their customers, which resulted in a very long queue. As expected, there are also few other customers who were also unsatisfied by their services and even complaint about it. After this terrible and horrible experience, crys thought that crys would never step into a Kenny Rogers’ shop again. Oh wait, that’s not all. That night, after getting home, crys felt really sick and began vomiting at 4 o’clock in the morning. Through those disgusting, gross, half-liquid and half-solid mixture that crys vomited, *Ewww* crys recognized that those are the food crys ate in Kenny Rogers’. Crys started to wonder if the food crys ate that evening achieves the hygienic standard. Well, crys is not trying to say that all Kenny Rogers’ shops’ services are bad and their food are not hygienic. The fact is, crys went to some other branches and their services and food were awesome. Just this one single exception branch in KLCC brought crys this sort of nightmare. ._____. If the Terengganu trip wasn’t failed, crys wouldn’t have went to KLCC and wouldn’t have gone through this kind of 'memorable' experience. >:(

Crys taking photo at the River View Seafood Restaurant. We were recommended to wear long pants in order not to get mosquito bites, however, crys made a bad decision by deciding to wear yoga pants. x.x

The other good stuff about not going to Terengganu is that crys gets to visit Kuala Selangor. Besides being able to enjoy the seafood there, the best part of this trip is that, crys has the opportunity to see real fireflies ! We went to the Kampung Kuantan Fireflies Park at about 8.30 pm and there was already long queues. (Note: The place was named Kampung Kuantan but it was located in Kuala Selangor, not Kuantan, so don’t get mixed up !) The tickets were sold in 4 at RM 10 per person, which means, you’ll have to buy at least 4 tickets. (Gentle tips if you’re visiting the fireflies: Make sure you bring at least 4 persons including yourself. XD) This is because maximum of 4 persons are allowed on each sampan. Yes, we actually ride sampans instead of boats. This is one of the ways to preserve the natural phenomenon of the fireflies, rowing sampans does not produce much noise as compared to boats. Besides, in my opinion, it would be more unique, fun and delightful to have sampans instead of boats. :P

The sampans rowed away from the crowd, and into darkness and silence. In there, crys saw lots of fireflies on the trees along the river. The amount of fireflies twinkling in synchronization made the trees appeared like Christmas Trees. Have you ever laid out on an empty field and amazed by the stars twinkling in the night sky? Watching the fireflies were as though watching the starry night, except that the blinking happened in the trees, instead of the dark sky. Last night, crys get to enjoy both twinkling stars and blinking fireflies at the same time. It was beautiful.

According to daddy, he visited Kuala Selangor few years back then, there were much more fireflies, the river was much more lighten up and it was much more beautiful. Crys wished that crys was there to witness that. Unfortunately, time never turns back. According to some websites, one main reason why the amount of fireflies dropped tremendously is due to the artificial lighting. For your information, fireflies flashes their lights to attract fireflies of the opposite gender. Artificial lights are likely to interrupt their mating behaviour and causes the species to face extinction. Being aware of this, please be responsible and do not use the flash feature while capturing photos of the fireflies. >:( Crys saw a number of the visitors actually used the flash feature in their camera. Crys doubts that the camera would capture the twinkling light of the fireflies with the brightness from the flash feature. ._____. If it wasn’t due to the cancellation of the Terengganu plan, crys wouldn’t have thought of visiting Kuala Selangor. From crys’s point of view, fireflies are the coolest bug on Earth. :D They’re just indescribably cute ! ^^v IT IS DEFINITELY WORTH THE MOSQUITO BITES !

Crys is starting to love fireflies ! ^^v

Failure Planning... :(

Like what the title says... Crys's beach trip on this coming Friday was called off, mainly because everyone would give all sorts of ideas (such as what transport to take, how long to spend on the trip, where to stay and whatsoever) but just couldn't confirm their participation. So, we went on to plan and prepare everything. And when the day comes, they pull off. Yup. Don't these things happened to you guys before? Yes, they happen all the time. Well, of course it will be different if you have much more sporting friends. :) Unfortunately, they were not, at least not on this.

Since the beach trip was canceled, the happiest person on Earth to receive the news would be crys's parents. They didn't like it when crys mention about the trip. Firstly, they told crys all sorts of negative stuff about the trip. They thought that the journey to Terengganu was too far, and that we all were still new drivers and we have no experience of driving long distance for long hours. Then, they tell crys the drivers in the highways are careless and it's too dangerous for us to drive. Whereas all crys's other friends' parents say that they prefer us driving than taking the bus. Crys's parents are unique, don't they? Oh, crys's mummy even warned crys about the Tsunami. How nice.

Now that the plan was revoked, crys can go on family trips to Genting Highland and Kuala Selangor. Although crys went to Genting Highland for thousands of times and rumor says that there's no more fireflies in Kuala Selangor. Therefore, the best part of the cancellation of the trip is that crys will get to watch Musical on Friday night ! Teehee !

The End of CFAB ! :) :(

Crys's course - Certificate of Finance, Accounting & Business (CFAB), is coming to an end. We , the CFABians, had our last class on Tuesday and Friday is the big day ! We're having our E-Examination tomorrow at 6.00 pm. It will be our last day being CFABians, provided we scored more than the passing marks, which crys believes that all of us will certainly be getting marks higher than that. :)

One day before the Final Exam...

But since Mr Simon asked us not to overdo it...
