Weee~ Second day of semester 2. Crys reached college at 7 o'clock sharp and kakax and loong gor was right behind crys when crys was parking crys's vios. XD Since there was still some time before class starts, we went to have breakfast together in Rock Cafe.
After getting back to class, crys started acting childish with kahmun while waiting for the lecturer's arrival. And this was what we did... Playing around with the stationary.
Childish, right? Crys knew that.
Today's law class was interesting. :P So far, crys learnt new things, like...
The 3 essential elements of a contract are:-
1. Agreement between the parties.
2. An intention to create legal relations.
3. Consideration.
Besides that, crys also learnt about Past Consideration where it is invalid according to the English's rules.
Example for past consideration:
While waiting for the SPM results, crys's papa promised to buy crys a vios if crys gets straight A's in crys's SPM. But crys's papa refused to buy crys a vios after the results came out. Crys has no rights of suing crys's papa for not fulfilling his promise of getting crys a vios. This is because crys getting straight A's in SPM is counted as a past consideration since crys had already sat for crys's SPM examination before the promise was made. Right..?
It's just an example anyway. XP Crys's papa really did bought crys a vios for that. Just in case that really happens, crys won't sue crys's papa just because he doesn't want to buy crys a vios. Weee~ Crys loves crys's parents. :P Muacksss ! <3
