Today is the first day of crys’s 3 months internship in Ernst & Young, KL. :) Since crys had no idea whether there will be a traffic jam and how long will it takes for the journey, crys went there early with vios's passenger – reuben. o.o There isn’t much traffic jam today, so probably crys can sleep a little longer for tomorrow. XD
Crys made new friends on the first day. :D vivian, amanda etc. It’s the first day in Ernst & Young, for all of us. We were all seated in a training room. Firstly, we were asked to fill in forms and hand in photocopies of our identity card. Then, we were given lots of stuffs including a laptop, a laptop case, a laptop lock, an access card and a securID token. Besides, we were also taught many ways to secure the confidentiality of our future clients’ file. :) Other than that, we were also taught the appropriate way of writing the timesheet and the correct procedure of requesting a claim. Crys loves the warm and friendly people there. ^^v We haven’t have any practical work to do yet. However, it was truly a knowledgeable day. :)
It was raining cats and dogs during our lunch break, and non of us brought umbrella. Therefore, we couldn’t go over to the shop lots opposite the Millennium building and had to have our lunch at the San Francisco Coffee located inside the building. Crys spent RM 12 on 2 sandwiches. Lesson learnt: remember to bring umbrella next time. After today, crys learnt that lunch is expensive, as well as the parking fee which cost reuben RM 17. o.o We're going for season parking which costs RM 9 per day starting from tomorrow onwards. Even when it’s half of the price we had to pay today, it’s still so expensive. T.T Crys should bring bento to work some day. D:
