Crys should be posting these blogposts about Shanghai trip in Shanghai but unfortunately crys couldn't access to bloggiex there. Shanghai even blocked Facebook. So, crys can only type these blogpost in crys's e-mail and post them on bloggiex after getting back to Malaysia.
Day 1:
Day of arriving in Shanghai. Early morning today, Crys took a 1.40 am flight from KLIA to Shanghai Pudong airport. Crys and crys's family took Malaysia Airlines instead of Air Asia this time, which means crys can have meal during the flight ! :D however, crys had forgotten that crys took a midnight flight. Crys was waken up from crys's sweet dream at 3.00 am to choose crys's food. Crys picked chicken with potatoes for supper. It came with a small slice of cake and a small bowl of salad. Crys expected the food to be tasteless but luckily it's not. It tastes awesome. :) The only problem was crys not having appetite at 3 am. >_<" so crys only ate a little. Crys didn't want to waste the food but crys couldn't force myself to finish it since crys didn't want to throw out during the flight. =X that would be awful. ewww~
After 5 hours of flight, crys had finally arrived at Pudong Airport. :) We took taxi to crys's uncle's house near the area named Shanghai Circus World. The taxi driver drove at high speed. Papa was feeling worry about his driving whereas crys was fast asleep at the back seat. XD after 45 minutes of taxi ride, we finally reached crys's uncle's place. The taxi fare was RMB 215 Yuan, which is around RM100. o.o Crys was supposed to take picture of the tidy room before crys messes up everything but crys was too lazy to take out the camera from the huge travel bag. Plus, papa didn't allow crys to bring flippiex. So, crys didn't have anything else that crys can use to take photo. Due to tiredness, crys immediately fell asleep in the room shortly after arrival.
Crys was waken up around 12.00 pm. We went to have lunch in this restaurant named LeTian Restaurant. The food was awesome ! :D

Anyway, we went to the Shanghai Museum after the lunch. We went there by train. The management was very inconsiderate that most [Note: Most. Not all.] wordings were in Chinese, including the ticket vending machine. Even the assisting worker working in the train stations were having poor English. Crys thinks that the management should think in the shoe of a foreigner who doesn't understand a single Chinese word.
We reached the Museum after a short walk from the nearest train station. It was a 4-storey building with different categories of things shown in different storey.

After the visit to the Museum, we decided to walk to Shanghai Tide through the NanJing Road. The Nanjing Road was really long with multi-storeys shops all along the road. This is where we had to walk and walk and walk. Crys had to persuade myself that the road was coming to an end soon even though it wasn't. x.x Transport were actually provided to take people from one end of the road to another but we decided not to take the train so that we could walk around. We walked for a really really long time before reaching the Shanghai Tide. It was very windy and crys enjoyed the weather. :D One side of the Shanghai Tide was occupied by some traditional old buildings whereas the other side across the river was covered with modern buildings including some skyscrapers. We were at the traditional side of the Shanghai Tide. We sat down there for some time to admire the beautiful view.

After admiring the beauty of Shanghai Tide, we went back to have our dinner in a Shanghai Snacks Restaurant somewhere in the Nanjing Road. The food was really awesome ! But since crys was physically and mentally out of energy, crys forgot to take pictures of the the food.
We went back to crys's uncle's house by train after having the delicious dinner. :) We met some locals selling some mini toys on our way back. Crys was attracted by this cute little toy that will melt when you throw it onto the floor and automatically return to it's original shape after a short while. XD Crys bought a piggy-shaped and Angelx bought a Cow-shaped one. Cow was Angelx's favourite. ^^v But crys doubt the toy would last for more than a week.
Other than that, crys also passed by this small stall where they sell key chains. The key chains were not some local specials but crys bought a pair since they are too cute. XD Crys planned to give them to wawax and kakax. Well, the wordings on the key chains suit them. Lolx ! =X Besides, crys's uncle bought this keychain for crys which it can be used as a whistle. And this Shanghai Expo Mascot key chain. :)
